About this unit

A stand-on mini skid steer (Toro Dingo class) with a 1,000 lb rated operating capacity and tracks. It fits through a 36-inch gate, which means it goes where nothing else can — fenced backyards, side yards, between houses on an infill lot.

Comes with a bucket. Add an auger, pallet forks or a grading bucket. It'll fit on our 20' equipment trailer behind a 3/4-ton, or we'll deliver.

The nationals under-stock this class because it's small revenue for them. For a tight-access job it's worth more than a machine that can't get in.

We verify your tow vehicle, hitch and brake controller at pickup — every time, for everyone. If something doesn't match, we'll rent you a brake controller ($25) or deliver instead. We'd rather do that than watch a loaded trailer come off a ball at highway speed.

Rental terms

  • A rental day is 24 hours. Return by the same time of day on your return date. One-hour grace, then hourly to a one-day cap.
  • A refundable $750 deposit is held on your card and released within 3 business days of a clean, on-time return.
  • The optional damage waiver (12% of the rental) means we won't bill you for accidental damage. It is not insurance — it doesn't cover theft, misuse, overloading, unauthorized operators or tires.
  • Hour limits: 8/day, 40/week, 160/month. Extra hours bill at 1/8 of the day rate.
  • Runs on Gasoline. Return it at the same level or we refuel at market plus $2/gal. Wrong fuel is not covered by the waiver.
  • A certificate of insurance is required before this machine leaves the yard, naming Apex Equipment Rentals as additional insured and loss payee.
  • Every unit is photographed and documented when it leaves and when it returns, with you present. No surprises either way.
